I use this recipe in a lot and love to use meatballs in my other recipes.
1 pound of lean ground turkey
Salt and pepper
1 egg white
1/4 Cup oats
Just mix and form into the balls! Bake on a sheet with olive oil at 350 degrees for 15 minutes flip them and bake for 5 minutes longer! Make sure they’re 165 degrees on the inside!
When making 20 meatballs each has 32 calories, 1g carbs, and 6.4g protein.
