Parmesan-crusted Italian Tilapia

1 tilapia loin
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil spray
Light balsamic vinaigrette
Italian blend Mrs. Dash
Parmesan cheese
Layer the basil on aluminum foil, then tilapia. Moisten the fish with a little balsamic vinaigrette, then season with Italian blend Mrs. Dash. Sprinkle Parmesan on too and wrap up, cook in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Make sure the fish is cooked through and cook for 5 more minutes to toast the top!! So yummy! Only 153 calories and 22 grams of protein!!
