1/2 cup quick oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop protein powder (I used MusclePharm Combat Powder in Vanilla)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup decaf chai tea latte concentrate
1 mashed banana
Grind oats in blender to make oat flour. Blend with other dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients, blend until consistent. Cook on low on stovetop with oil of choice (I used olive oil spray). Topped with banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Makes 5 large pancakes.
Per pancake (98 cal, 9g protein, 2g fiber, 13 carbs).
