Breakfast Sweet Potatoes

Breakfast Sweet PotatoesAnother great use for already cooked and cut sweet potatoes!

1 half cooked sweet potato
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
Cinnamon
Salt

Mix dry ingredients and coat bit sized pieces of potato.  Cook on stovetop in lightly greased pan.  Rotate pieces frequently to toast each side.
