I let my bananas get a little too ripe… I created this yummy bread recipe to solve the problem!
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 scoop MusclePharm Combat powder in Banana Cream
1 whole egg
3 Tablespoons Egg Whites
3 teaspoons Truvia
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind oats in blender to make oat flour. Mix oat flour with other dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mash banana and mix in other liquids. Add liquid ingredient mixture to dry ingredient mixture. Stir in strawberries and chia seeds. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 60 minutes, use a toothpick to make sure it’s cooked all the way through.
When cut into 10 slices, 165 cal, 4g fiber, 9g protein, 4g sugar, 25 carbs, 67mg sodium per slice.
