1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon Truvia
1/2 Cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Truvia and cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream coconut oil and Truvia. Add oat flour (made by blending dry oats until fine) and baking powder. Beat in egg and cinnamon. Divide into 4 and drop onto parchment papered cookie sheet. Lightly sprinkle with Truvia and cinnamon mixture. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.
