Finally posting another side dish! These green beans are super quick and healthy! Be careful with the pepper because the beans get spicy fast!
1 Cup frozen green beans
Crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon ginger paste (jarred)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper
Sprinkle crushed red pepper to taste in bowl, add frozen green beans and 2 Tablespoons water. Microwave on frozen vegetable setting or according to package. Drain the water. Add coconut oil and seasonings. Microwave 30 seconds more.
