4 egg whites
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
1 Cup cooked ground turkey
1 Cup baby spinach
1/4 Cup nonfat cottage cheese

Whisk egg whites and seasonings. To prepare filling: chop spinach, mix with turkey, cottage cheese, and chipotle powder. Spray a pan with olive oil spray. To make the omelette shell: cook eggs over medium heat, do not stir, and flip once to make the omelette. Add filling mixture to one half of egg shell. Fold shell in half over the filling. Lower heat and cook until filling cheese is melty.
